As Integris’s chief executive officer, Glenn Mathis is leading a bold mission: to transform how businesses experience managed IT services. Under his leadership, Integris is becoming the go-to platform for organizations seeking secure, strategic, and scalable technology solutions—built not just for today’s challenges, but for the demands of tomorrow.
Prior to Integris, Mathis spent 23 years at All Covered (now Konica Minolta), rising through every level of leadership to oversee global client services, a team of 1,000-plus professionals, and more than 5,000 clients worldwide.
Mathis brings a visionary approach to the industry, grounded in decades of hands-on leadership and growth experience. Since joining Integris in 2023 as president and COO, he has been instrumental in advancing the company’s M&A strategy, deepening key partnerships, and laying the operational foundation for national scale. In June 2025, he stepped into the role of CEO, continuing to drive Integris forward with a sharp focus on innovation, execution, and client success.
Now, as chief executive officer, Mathis is shaping a future where managed services are proactive, data-driven, and deeply aligned to business value—where IT is no longer just support, but a strategic advantage.

Bill Thompson
Chief Operating Officer
As Integris’ chief operations officer, Bill Thompson leads with a passion for building organizations that scale with precision and purpose. With deep experience across managed services, cybersecurity, and tech-enabled services, he brings a systems mindset to growth—translating strategy into structure, clarity, and disciplined execution.
Prior to Integris, Thompson served as the COO for TechMD — now under Integris — where he led enterprise-level transformation efforts that enhanced profitability, elevated customer experience, and positioned the business for scalable, long-term success. Previously, he held senior leadership roles across PE-backed, national, and global organizations — delivering results in environments ranging from high-growth IT services firms to complex multinational telecom operations.
Now, as chief operating officer of Integris, Bill is focused on scaling a national platform rooted in intelligent systems, operational rigor, and long-term customer value through feedback-informed improvements.

Kris Laskarzewski
Chief Transformation Officer
As Integris’ chief transformation officer, Kris Laskarzewski is reimagining how Integris delivers value through technology, operations, and client experience. His mission is to ensure Integris remains agile, innovative, and aligned with the future of managed IT services.
Laskarzewski brings over a decade of leadership within Integris, having risen through the ranks since the company’s early days as Domain Computer Services. From his start as a systems engineer to leading one of Integris’s largest markets in New Jersey and New York, and later overseeing product development and customer experience, his career has been defined by transformation at every level.
Now, as chief transformation officer of Integris, Laskarzewski is focused on scaling Integris’s capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. He is deeply committed to seeking valuable operational insight and enabling clients to thrive in a rapidly changing digital world.

Ben Ingard
Chief Financial Officer
As Integris’s chief financial officer, Ben Ingard brings a data-driven mindset and proven track record of leveraging analytics to fuel business growth and operational efficiency.
Over the last decade, Ingard has led finance and FP&A organizations with a strategic approach of turning financial insights into actionable outcomes. Prior to Integris, Ingard served as chief financial officer for TechMD — now under Integris — where he focused on scaling the finance, operations and business intelligence functions through various systems implementations and process design.
Previously, he held leadership roles across high-growth companies, including head of finance at Appcues, a Series B SaaS provider, and director of business intelligence at Alegeus Technologies. At Alegeus, he was instrumental in driving the company’s data strategy and supporting its successful acquisition by Vista Equity Partners.
Now, as chief financial officer, Ingard is poised to continue leading Integris into its next evolution, focusing on building a finance organization that not only supports growth—but helps shape it.

Brian Luckey
Chief Information Officer
As Integris’ chief information officer, Brian Luckey leads the strategic direction of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, scalable and future-focused. Luckey’s cunning oversight and unique technology framework underpins the technology backbone that powers Integris’ operations and enables the delivery of cutting-edge managed services.
Luckey oversees the execution of Integris’ strategic planning frameworks, establishing operational efficiencies and building a competitive advantage in software development. Prior to Integris, he served as chief operations officer of Greenback Expat Tax Services and held national management positions at All Covered (now Konica Minolta) among other roles.
Now, as chief information officer of Integris, Luckey plays a critical role in ensuring Integris remains future-ready in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Debbie Lawrence
Chief People Officer
As Integris’s chief people officer, Debbie Lawrence brings a forward-thinking, people-first approach to cultivating a meaningful culture where employees at every level can thrive.
Lawrence’s foundation in the technology industry, combined with her passion for organizational development, has enabled her to scale Integris’ culture and establish a robust, future-ready HR infrastructure. Under her leadership, Integris has surpassed multiple culture-driven milestones, including being named a Glassdoor Best Place to Work for U.S. SMBs.
Prior to Integris, Lawrence held influential HR leadership roles at multiple organizations where she helped drive growth and establish a thriving HR department.
Now, as chief people officer of Integris, Lawrence continues to champion a culture of excellence by fostering leadership at every level and fueling Integris’s mission to be an employer of choice in the IT services industry.

Anthony DeGraw
Chief Revenue Officer
As Integris’ chief revenue officer, Anthony DeGraw leads the company’s sales strategy and execution across all markets. He is focused on developing scalable processes, fostering high-performing teams, and aligning sales efforts with Integris’s broader growth objectives.
DeGraw’s disciplined, intentional approach to revenue generation ensures Integris operates with clarity, consistency and a deep commitment to client success in every market. In 2017, DeGraw joined Domain Technology Partners, leading the company through double-digit revenue growth and numerous acquisitions as it transitioned into Integris, a nationwide managed service provider.
Now, as chief revenue officer of Integris, DeGraw remains dedicated to cultivating a high-value consultative sales philosophy that prioritizes long-term partnerships and empowers Integris to deliver exceptional service and future-ready technology solutions.

Deborah Julius
Sr VP of Marketing
As Integris’s SVP of Marketing, Deborah Julius brings a strategic, customer-centric mindset to accelerate growth and amplify the Integris brand.
With a strong foundation in B2B technology marketing and experience in high-growth environments, Julius has played a pivotal role in elevating Integris’s brand and driving organic market expansion. Her leadership has been instrumental in delivering measurable business outcomes and ensuring the voice of the customer is represented at every touchpoint.
Prior to Integris, Julius held key marketing leadership roles across the cybersecurity and professional services sectors, where she led go-to-market strategies, rebranded organizations, and built high-performing teams during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
Now, as SVP of Marketing, Julius continues to lead with purpose—building a modern marketing engine that drives awareness, deepens engagement, and supports Integris’s vision to be the premier, future-ready managed services provider.

Rashaad Bajwa

Rashaad Bajwa is the founder and former CEO of Integris. Bajwa served as chief executive officer of Integris, since its founding in 2021, leading the company to become one of the fastest-growing managed service providers in the country. Bajwa now serves as executive chairman of the Integris Board of Directors.
Prior to Integris, Bajwa founded Domain Computer Services, where he served as CEO for more than two decades. Throughout his leadership, the company transformed through many iterations, leading up to its most significant reformation in 2021 when Domain joined forces with Compudyne, ProviDyn and MyITpros to create Integris—a national leader in future-ready managed services. Bajwa has since grown Integris into the powerhouse it is today, leading the company through several acquisitions and phases of growth.
Now, in his role as executive chairman of the Integris Board of Directors, Bajwa remains deeply committed to supporting the company through its next phase of growth and innovation. He will provide high-level counsel and intentional oversight, ensuring Integris stays on course in its mission to become an MSP of the future.

George Barsness
Director, OMERS Private Equity

George Barsness serves on the Integris Board of Directors, bringing 15 years of professional experience, spanning investment services roles at multiple well-known financial organizations. As director of OMERS Private Equity, Barsness heads the issuance, execution and management of investments in the business services sector.
Barsness’s foundational background as an investment banker and extensive experience in various investment roles equips him with exceptional knowledge to help propel his portfolio companies through their next phases of growth.
As a member of the Integris Board of Directors, Barsness continues to leverage his expertise to support the company’s sustainable growth strategy and help shape its strategic development plan.

Geoff Bird
Managing Director and Head of Business Services, OMERS Private Equity

Geoff Bird serves on the Integris Board of Directors, bringing over 15 years of private equity experience and deep expertise in business and healthcare services. As managing director and head of business services at OMERS Private Equity, Geoff is responsible for identifying and managing strategic investments across a range of sectors.
Bird has played a key role in the growth and oversight of several portfolio companies, serving on the boards of organizations such as Medical Knowledge Group, Paradigm, Inmar, Epiq, CHG Healthcare, Nordco and Marketwired.
Prior to joining OMERS, Bird spent several years working with Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance group in Toronto, Canada where he was involved in a variety of transaction-related advisory services.

Arlin Sorensen
VP Ecosystem Evangelism, ConnectWise

As ConnectWise’s VP of Ecosystem Evangelism, Arlin Sorensen brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial grit, leadership expertise, and deep commitment to the IT channel.
After starting his career in agriculture, Sorensen launched his first tech company in 1990, growing it into Heartland Technology Solutions—a multi-state MSP built through organic growth and strategic M&A. In 2000, he founded HTG Peer Groups (now IT Nation Evolve), creating a global community focused on leadership, accountability, and business transformation for MSPs.
Following HTG’s acquisition by ConnectWise in 2018, Sorensen has continued to champion growth-minded leaders through his current role, where he fosters ecosystem engagement and supports partner success.
Today, Sorensen continues to support business leaders through his work at ConnectWise, as well as through Oak Road Consulting and S2S, a peer group for post-exit entrepreneurs—helping others define and achieve lasting success.

Executive Advisor, Integris
Kevin Blake serves as an advisory board member of the Integris Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Blake served as president and CEO of TechMD — now under Integris — one of the nation's largest managed service providers.
Under Blake’s leadership, TechMD experienced exponential growth year after year through organic expansion and mergers and acquisitions. Blake successfully navigated the company through nine acquisitions, a large part of which is attributed to the company’s exceptionally talented, community-oriented team.
In his current role, Blake provides strategic counsel to Integris’s executive leadership, drawing on his deep industry expertise to support the company’s continued growth and innovation.
